BASKETBALL LESSONS FOR ADULTS (DESIGN DISTRICT)

The likes of Michael Jordan and LeBron have been inspiring kids all over the world to be ballers in their own little leagues – and we’re here to make that dream come true! It’s important to get the right basketball training when you’re starting out so your basics are strong so you can truly be a good basketball player. This class is designed by the Coach to maximize your time to get the develop the best basketball skillset to ensure kids can play any position they want to on the Court! This class will teach them: • Dribbling: learning the right amount of ball control and movements necessary to ensure you’re dribbling correctly • Passing: including different passes like bounce pass, overhead pass, chest pass • Shooting: practicing aim, arches, and perfect angles to ensure a money shot every time • Lay-Up: one of the most important and must-know basics of basketball, the coach will ensure that the lay-up from sides and center are perfected at the right distance and perfecting the two-step movement • How to coordinate all these movements together This perfectly crafted class will help the little ones understand the basics of basketball and master it easily!

A registration fee of 50 AED to be paid at the institute. Optionally students can purchase the academy kit for 250 AED
