Fundamentals of Pastry Program

The "Fundamentals of Pastry Program" is an inclusive program designed for people who have a passion for cooking, love desserts and chocolates, and are at any skill level, from beginner to advanced. It will teach you the basics and essentials of baking and desserts, with all classes taught by experienced pastry chefs. You'll be provided with fresh ingredients and learn how to create perfect pastries, bread, chocolates, cakes, and desserts suitable for any event, starting from scratch. Choose any or all of the below options, depending on your learning goals: 
 

Option 1: Desserts II, Baking Savory, Macarons, Pastry II, Chocolate I (5 sessions = 15 hours)

Option 2: Desserts I, Baking Sweet, Breads, Pastry I, Chocolate II (5 sessions = 15 hours)

Option 3: All of the above (10 sessions = 30 hours)
